HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

Please complete our Member Interest Form.  After receiving it, we will contact you to schedule an in-person interview.  Meanwhile, you can read the Introduction to North Star Village to be better prepared.

• Fill out our Member Interest Form.

• Interview: Two North Star volunteers will interview the prospective member at home, where we will share more information about the Village's programs, opportunities, and services, and determine if the prospective member's interests and needs are aligned with what the Village offers. If both parties decide it is a good fit, we welcome the prospective member to the Village community.

• Application: At that interview the successful prospective member fills out the application, provides personal information, and receives written agreements between North Star Village and the member.
